Terms of Service

Thank you for considering me for your commission! Please read the following Terms of Service carefully and only start a request if you agree to it.

GENERAL:✿ The client will receive the moc3, texture, and any expression/ animation files. The cmo3 file (which allows you to modify the rig in Live2D) will not be provided.
✿ Please credit me for my work in an easily accessible place.REVISIONS:✿ When I am working on your commission, you will receive updates and if you would like to make changes feel free to ask :)
✿ After checking that you are happy with your model, I will deliver the final files. If you wish to get a revision after the final delivery, there might be an extra charge depending on the difficulty of the changes needed to be made.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY:✿ If your model is more complicated, it might take longer to finish.
✿ An additional fee may apply for rush orders.USE:✿ The client holds the right to use the model for general commercial uses as follows: making thumbnails, streaming and recording for social media content.
✿ Please inquire if you wish to commission work for other commercial uses.
✿ The client must not reproduce, redistribute or resell the commissioned work for any other purpose.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS:✿ I reserve the right to publicly display your commission on my socials, please inform me in advance if you wish to keep it private.PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS:✿ All transactions include a 4% processing fee.
✿ Generally, refunds cannot be given. In the rare case that I cancel an unfinished order, a refund will be discussed.

一般 :✿ 委託人會收到模型運作檔(moc3) 和任何表情/ 動畫檔案。cmo3 檔案將不予提供。
✿ 沒有著作權轉讓（買斷）的情況下，發佈作品時需要註明建模師名字或社群平台帳號。修改 :✿ 委託期間委託人會收到模型測試影片，如果想要修改，請隨時提出。
✿ 在確認委託人對作品感到滿意之後，我會交付最終檔案。如果委託人希望在最後交件之後提出修改，可能需要額外收費 (取決於需要修改的難度)。日期和交貨 :✿ 如果您的模型較為複雜，可能需要較長時間才能完成。
✿ 急單需要額外收費。使用 :✿ 委託人有權使用模型作以下一般商業用途：製作縮圖、串流和錄製社交媒體內容。
✿ 如希望委託製作其他商業用途的作品，請洽詢。
✿ 委託人不得為任何其他目的複製、轉交或轉售委託作品。智慧財產權 :✿ 建模師保留在社交網站公開展示作品的權利，如果委託人不希望公開作業過程，需要事先告知。付款和退款 :✿ 所有交易均包含 4% 的平台處理費。
✿ 通常情況下無法退款。若遇罕見狀況由建模師方取消未完成的委託，將另行商討退費事宜。

* The side-profile nose usually requires extra layers, please let me know if I can work with your artist! I do not think the side-profile nose looks good on every model. So unless you specifically request, I will go for what I think fits the best. Please trust that I will try my best to make your model as gucci as possible <3

Extra features:

I also provide extra services (60-400 usd each, depending on the complexity) for:
Sticker or rigged expressions, animations (sleep, walking, etc), toggles, tails wiggle, additional hands/ arms, additional accessories, vbridger, tongue, mouth x and others.
Extra charges may apply when there are more than 5 expressions.

Prices might vary, depending on the complicity of your request. If there is anything else that you would like but it is not included here, please feel free to ask!

Live2D rigging workflow:

✿ Simply provide a PSD file which contains separated parts of your vtuber model to check if it is suitable for rigging.
✿ We will discuss the details and the type of rig you are looking for.
✿ I will provide a price quote, which depends on how complicated your model is. I take full payment before I start working on a commission.
✿ It is highly recommended that we have a way to communicate with the model artist during the rigging process, which allows me to request any extra layers and make changes to the model in order to get the best final outcome <3
✿ When working on your commission, you will receive updates and if you would like to make changes feel free to ask :)
✿ After checking that you are happy with your model, I will deliver the final files.
✿ The rigged model can be used in most 2D vtubing software such as VTube Studio, Prprlive, and FaceRig. I recommend using Vtubestudio as it is what I am proficient in, and I will be able to provide support after you receive your model.
✿ If you wish to get a revision after the final delivery, there might be an extra charge depending on the difficulty of the changes needed to be made.

根據您要求的複雜程度，價格可能會有所不同。

委託流程:

  • 委託人提供已拆分的PSD檔案，以便確認其是否適合進行委託。

  • 討論細節。

  • 根據模型複雜度提供報價，委託工作開始前需支付全額費用。

  • 建議在委託過程中能與繪師保持溝通，以便要求補充額外圖層或調整PSD。

  • 委託製作期間將提供進度更新，若有修改需求隨時提出即可。

  • 正式交付最終模型運作檔。

  • 可相容於多數2D Vtuber軟體，如VTube Studio、Prprlive及FaceRig。(建議使用VTube Studio)

  • 若您希望在最終交付後進行修改，根據所需修改的複雜程度，可能需支付額外費用。
